御供手長の平士二十人、智楽院権僧正（浅草観音別当伝法院
住持、御国御宮別当兼帯）の代理として
常福院並びに鏡意坊（智楽院の使僧）、当所天台宗の僧七人に
仰せ付けられて御供養があった
ただし右の御用について、江戸表から去る十三日に智楽院代常福院並びに使僧
鏡意坊が参着した
一、御供養について常福院並びに鏡意坊に銀子二十枚ずつ下された
その他七人の僧に米十俵を下された
一 十二月二十八日、右同様について御参詣、御太刀馬代を御献備し

twenty low-ranking samurai as attendants, representing Chigakuin Gon-sōjō (chief priest of Sensoji Temple's Denpōin in Asakusa,
also serving concurrently as chief priest of the provincial shrine)
Jōfukuin and Kyōibō (messenger monk of Chigakuin), and seven monks of the local Tendai sect were
ordered to perform the memorial service
However, for this purpose, on the 13th day, Jōfukuin representing Chigakuin and the messenger monk
Kyōibō arrived from Edo
1. For the memorial service, Jōfukuin and Kyōibō were each given twenty pieces of silver
The other seven monks were given ten bales of rice
