見えるので、これを記録する
一 正月五日、田安御門の御普請の御手伝いの御用のため、本多伊豆守富正が
江戸表へ出立し、普請目付として秋田内蔵丞光勝も派遣されることになったので、
左の通り、御直書をもって御法令が仰せ出された
覚
一 公儀の御普請を断ることはあってはならないこと
一 金銀が必要になることは構わないので、御普請の手回しを断る
ことはあってはならないこと
一 伊豆守が申し付けることに、少しも違背してはならない。権之助についても

一 他所の者と諍いをしてはならない。もし手前から
仕掛けた場合は、従類ともども成敗を申し付ける。相手から
仕掛けてきても負けた場合は、右同罪を申し付けること
一 才覚を立て致し、伊豆守・権之助に申し聞かせず
御旗本衆と付き合ってはならない。自然見回りに参る
方がいても、右両人に断らずして参ってはならないこと

naturally come to visit, you must not receive them without consulting these two men
