お見舞いとして遣わされた女中が江戸表に帰ることになったので、今切御関所の女性通行
手形の件について、出羽守（直政）様の御家老朝日丹波（重正）から申し来たので、
御年寄狛木工允（孝澄）から指し遣わした

Regarding the matter of travel permits for women to pass through Imakiri checkpoint, a message came from Dewa-no-kami (Naomasa)'s chief retainer Asahi Tamba (Shigemasa), so it was sent through the elder Koma Takumi-no-jō (Takasumi)
