御町人共召仕、店借若者子供並びに下男女の御領地領内出生所、名前、年付、文兄の名を片書にいたし、廻紙堅紙へ認め、来る十月迄に評定所役所へ書き出し申すべく候。
一、この砌他所より罷り越し店借いたしたき旨申し込み有之候えども、貸し申すまじく、もっともこれまで御城下内々罷り在り引越し候者は格別に候間、これまでの通りその時に伺い出すべく候。
一、この砌親類又は懇意の者、用事等有之罷り越し泊りに相成り候わば、一夜たりともその時に出生所名前年付いたし、男女とも相認め、我等は役所へ申し出すべく候。たとえ御領内者にても右の通り相心得申すべく、万一心得違い隠し置き申し出でにおいては、きっと御沙汰有之候条、その旨屋敷持はもちろん店借に至るまで漏れなく、きっと申し進むべく候。〆
