来ル未年五月より同所御開湊相成候旨被
仰出候付此上自国商民共右国江直買仕法筋
并御製禁之兼等ハ追々可解候得共差向御府
内諸問屋諸商人之内神奈川裏へ出店差出又

在郷は格別の渇水で、所々で雨乞いがあり、田が割れて苗代が枯れているとのこと。
菜種並びに麦は上出来。
江州の布市という商人が、年々水戸へ花を買い入れに下っていたところ、十四、五年来、相当な大家になったとのことであったが、当春、糸類を買い占めて莫大な高値になったため、京都西陣は言うまでもなく、上州辺りの機屋は皆々難儀したところ、布市親子兄弟は先日召し捕られたとのこと。追って沙汰には、欠所（財産没収）くらいにはなるだろうとのこと。
