（当年は紅花もこの騒動にて追々花咲くけれども一円買う人なしにて一匁四百文位にても売れる者なく、追々流れてしまうという）
十五日 朝よりくもり霧雨降る。五つ時
止む。八つ時また々霧雨降り直ちに止む
今夕、御町奉行里見直之進殿、中後柳勇助殿、与力玉川壮次郎殿が鎮静に御登り。その節、上下町年寄両人、加藤又衛門・塙彌左衛門、名主上下にて両人、外に壮年の年寄以上の者、上下にて四人。
右の通り御召し連れになった趣、御達しがあったという。十日替わりずつに詰め替わる様、十六日七つ時立つ。
加藤又衛門は登らず。左近司兵三郎登る。

This evening, Town Magistrate Satomi Naonoshin-dono, Chugo Yanagi Yusuke-dono, and Assistant Magistrate Tamagawa Sojiro-dono departed peacefully for [Edo]. At that time, two town elders from upper and lower districts - Kato Mataemon and Hanawa Yazaemon, two headmen from upper and lower areas, and additionally four people of prime age among the elders and above from upper and lower districts.
It was announced that they would be taken along as described above. They are to rotate every ten days, departing at the 7th hour on the 16th.
Kato Mataemon did not depart. Sakon Jihyosaburo departed.
