一、奥州末では七月二十五日、数年来ない大嵐の上、津波で海岸筋の田畑が押し上げられ、川々が大出水し、堤防や土手が押し流され、人家等が流失し、溺死する者もあった。詳細については追って調査して申し上げる予定である。
一、松平大和守殿領分の武州入間郡・高麗郡の村々で川々が大満水となった。七月十二日、同二十五日、数十年来ない風雨で川が決壊し山崩れ等が起こり、一帯に数日間水が湛えられ、城下辺りまで水が押し寄せ、田畑・人家にことごとく石・砂・泥等が押し入り、流家・潰家・流死人等があった。損毛高（被害高）については追々申し上げる予定である。
