This time, the minting of iron small coins has been ordered, and copper small coins will be gradually exchanged. For this exchange method, in place of 1 kan-mon of copper coins, iron small coins of 100-mon denomination will be exchanged at a rate of 1 kan 548 mon. Of this amount, 1 kan 500 monme goes to the holder, and 48 mon is given to the money changers. For this exchange process, the money changers will collect and purchase them to submit to the Gold Mint Office.
