一、田畑で万が一歩数の違いがあったとしても、十歩以下の分については取り扱わない。
十歩以上の分については十歩より上の分について取り扱うことを決める。
一、居住者のいない麻畑・田畑のくじ組の件については、村中の総百姓が立ち会い
くじ組を行ってくじ引きを済ませるまでは、どの者に多少の善悪があっても
村方へ申し出てはならない。万が一考え違いで申し出たとしても取り扱わない
ことを決める。

Regarding the lottery grouping of hemp fields and farmland without residents, all villagers shall gather and until the lottery grouping is completed and lots are drawn, no one shall report any minor good or bad matters to the village authorities, even if there are any.
