○別紙之通夫々申達候様酒井与三左衛門方被申聞候に付書付相認相達之
御勘定所 御武具方 御腰物方 御納戸方 御小道具方
御台所方
右諸役所に而御用達諸職人并町人共其役所御用に而他国へ罷出候節御絵符拝借之
儀相願候はヽ町役所へ為相願町役所ゟ御絵符相渡し可申候於其役所御絵符貸渡申
間敷候猶委細之儀は町役所へ可被申談候

○寛政十一未年町在御頼講被仰付右返済方追々御断延有之文化五辰年ゟ去
午年迄三ヶ年之間一度御渡銀之内三ヶ一つヽ御渡被成候処今年ゟは下地之通御渡可被成儀に候へ共
是迄之通と被仰出候且又入米并川除引当調達年賦之儀も辰年ゟ右同断に候得共是又
是迄之通渡方被仰出候夫々宜被申聞候

御勘定所 御武具方 御腰物方 御納戸方 御小道具方
御台所方
右の諸役所において御用達の諸職人並びに町人共が、その役所の御用で他国へ出向く節に御絵符の拝借を相願いする場合は、町役所へ相願いし、町役所から御絵符を相渡しすべきである。その役所においては御絵符の貸し渡しを申すまじきこと。なお委細については町役所へ申し談ずべし

○寛政十一年未年に町在御頼講を仰せ付けられ、右の返済方について追々御断り延期があり、文化五年辰年から去る午年まで三ヶ年の間、一度の御渡し銀のうち三分の一ずつ御渡し成されたところ、今年からは下地の通り御渡し成すべき儀であるが、これまでの通りと仰せ出された。かつまた入米並びに川除引当調達年賦についても辰年から右同断であるが、これもまたこれまでの通り渡し方を仰せ出された。それぞれよろしく申し聞かせよ

○As instructed by Sakai Yosazaemon's office to communicate the following separately, a written notice is hereby prepared and transmitted:

Kitchen Office
When craftsmen and townspeople employed by the above offices wish to borrow travel permits (e-fu) for official business in other provinces, they must apply through the Town Office, and the Town Office shall issue the travel permits. The respective offices must not lend travel permits directly. For detailed matters, consult with the Town Office.

○The town and rural assistance loan (o-tanomi-ko) was ordered in Kansei 11, year of the Sheep (1799). Regarding repayment, there have been successive postponements and deferrals. From Bunka 5, year of the Dragon (1808) to the recent year of the Horse, over three years, one-third of the silver disbursement was paid each time. From this year, the full amount should be paid as originally planned, but it has been ordered to continue as before. Also, regarding rice contributions and river maintenance procurement annual installments, the same has applied since the year of the Dragon, but this too shall continue to be paid as before. Communicate this appropriately to each party.
