一今般川浚御普請御用被蒙仰過分之御金用に候下地御指支之御時節臨

思召被成御座候弥以御無益之儀無之様可被申渡旨被仰出候
但御日用御入用之外惣而出方指留之并御家中諸渡し物如何可相成
儀哉今日に而は不相弁候銘々心得にも可相成事故申聞候末々迄不
洩様申聞可被下置候

○今般御手伝御用被仰付大金御上納に付今暮御家中諸渡し方無覚束
其段相心得候様先達而申渡候旨 御聴へ相達候銘々覚悟も無之処年
暮に及ひ渡りもの指支候而は可致難儀段御沙汰有之候依之例年相定り候
渡し方之分相渡し候様被仰出候然ル処未 御上納金調達取締りも無之

一、福井町方・地方共に繭問屋六人をこれまで通り設置し、一人年間五十匁ずつ上納する株札を交付する。これまでの運上金は廃止する。
一、同じく今後繭仲買を命じ、年間一人五匁ずつ上納する株札を交付する。
人数については大体これまでの慣例の者がいるであろう。
一、同じく糸改会所は廃止し、今後糸仲買を命じ、一人年間銀十五匁ずつ上納する株札を交付する。人数については右と同じ。
一、在郷についても繭問屋はこれまで通り設置し、年間一人五十匁ずつ上納する株札を交付する。これまでの運上銀は廃止する。
一、同じく繭仲買についても福井町方と同様に命じ、株札上納銀についても同じ。
一、同じく糸改会所は廃止し、仲買の者を命じ、株札上納銀も福井町方と同じ。右の通り申し渡すべし。

江戸において 酒井十之丞
一、この度川浚い普請工事を命じられ、過分な金銭が必要であるが、下地資金に支障がある時節で、臨時の出費をどのように工面するか甚だ苦労している旨をお思いになられている。これにより、お手元をはじめ格別のお心遣いをなされており、いよいよ無駄なことがないよう申し渡すべき旨が仰せ出された。
但し、日用の入用以外はすべて支出を止める並びに家臣への諸支給物がどうなるかは、今日のところは分からない。各自の心得にもなることなので申し聞かせる。末端まで漏れがないよう申し聞かせるべし。

○この度お手伝い御用を命じられ大金を上納することになり、今年の暮れに家臣への諸支給が不安定になる、その点を心得るよう先だって申し渡した旨をお聞きに達した。各自覚悟もないところ、年の暮れに及んで支給物に支障があっては難儀することになると仰せがある。これにより例年定められている支給分は支給するよう仰せ出された。しかしながら、まだ上納金調達の取締りも
