右の通り今般仰せ出されたので、それぞれ申し通すよう渋谷権左衛門が申し聞かせたことに付き、末の番外以上（以下か）新御番組へ申し通し、御徒目付共へも心得として申し渡すこと。

○御趣意銀の内、寛政三年亥年の御家中御貸銀利息上納について、当年銀の御見延べを成し下されるので、その段取り調べて御家老中へ触れるべきである。

For council meeting days (6 days) and official business days (5 days), totaling 11 days per month, one person each from among the junior attendants (go-kobito arako) of the original attendants shall be assigned to Hatanaka Kyūbei.

1. Due to the lord's policy regarding various deputy officials, additional personnel have been assigned to various units. Henceforth, when houses are granted through unit purchases, the guidelines are as follows:
1. When an 8-koku stipend holder is granted a house for 9-koku stipend holders, he shall pay 300 monme of house silver
1. When the same type of person is granted a house for 7-koku stipend holders, no house silver payment is required
1. When someone is specially summoned, regardless of whether it is 9-koku or 7-koku, when granted a unit house, 300 monme of house silver shall be paid

○Regarding the policy silver funds, concerning the interest payments on loans to retainers from Kansei 3, Year of the Boar (1791), an extension has been granted for this year's silver payment. This matter should be investigated and communicated to the senior councilors.
