縁日等之儀は日之内切に可致事且又往古ゟ相定り候祭礼等之儀は夜分五時迄に可限事
一近来七夜祭り等願之上御免被成候得共以来は新規相願候而も御取揚無之候事尤

○諸寺院の鎮守祭礼、月々の縁日等の時刻が夜に入ってから後れて、みだらな事が聞こえているので、今後月々の縁日等の件は日中に切り上げること。また往古から定まっている祭礼等の件は夜分五つ時までに限ること
一、近来七夜祭り等を願い出て御免許されているが、今後は新規に相願しても御取り上げはないこと。もっとも時刻の件は五つ時を限りとすること

○Regarding the shrine festivals at various temples, monthly temple fairs, etc., the timing has been delayed into the night hours, and improper conduct has been reported. Hereafter, monthly temple fairs and similar events must conclude during daylight hours. Additionally, festivals that have been established since ancient times must be limited to no later than the 5th hour of the night
1. Recently, seven-night festivals and similar events have been granted permission upon application, but henceforth no new applications will be accepted. The time limit shall be set at the 5th hour of the night
