御憐愍之上当亥年ゟ来申年迄十ヶ年之間願之通被仰付候間其段可被

但山番之者并子方石屋両人に限り候事尤石屋名元双方ゟ御普請役所へ

○諸組へ被下候玉薬之儀御趣意有之別紙之通被仰出候間其段可被取斗候
一当亥年ゟ丑年迄三ヶ年之間玉薬方御餘計之内諸組へ相渡子年ゟ是迄
之通玉薬御買上相渡可申事
一当亥年ゟ丑年迄三ヶ年之間為玉薬代一ヶ年銀三貫八百匁つヽ毎年玉薬
方へ相渡銀子は御武具方へ預ヶ置同所御貸付銀に打込利足元に直し積に置五ヶ

右の通り仰せ出されたことにより、それぞれ申し渡した旨を御用人が申し聞かせた
御奉行
○金屋弥助拝領山屋敷の件について、御家中間歩同様に昨年暮れに御免許になったところ、身上が思わしくないため、手入山番の者並びに子方石屋共一両人を雇い、石を伐り出して売り払う商売を続けたい旨願い出たが、御法の通りもあり御取り上げは困難である。しかしながら格別の御憐愍により、当亥年から来申年まで十ヶ年の間、願いの通り仰せ付けられるので、その段申し渡すべきである。
ただし山番の者並びに子方石屋両人に限ること。もっとも石屋の名元双方から御普請役所へ届け出ること。その他は御法の通り、諸事御普請方へ伺いを立て指図により取り計らい、みだりなことがないよう、これまた申し付けるべきである。
二月五日

○一昨年酉年に仰せ出された御頼講御下銀の件について、追々御下げになる予定であったが、御指支のためやむを得ずこれまで御延引となっている。是非とも御下銀すべき件であるが、かねがね御取扱いが困難であるため、この段支配下へよく聞かせ置くべきである。

○諸組へ下される玉薬の件について御趣意があり、別紙の通り仰せ出されるので、その段取り計らうべきである。
一、当亥年から丑年まで三ヶ年の間、玉薬方御余計の内から諸組へ渡し、子年からはこれまでの通り玉薬御買上げして渡すこと

To the Magistrate
○Regarding the mountain estate granted to Kanaya Yasuke: Although permission was granted last winter in the same manner as for retainers' walking grounds, due to his poor financial circumstances, he has requested to hire one or two mountain guards and stonecutters to quarry and sell stones as a commercial enterprise. However, given existing regulations, approval is difficult. Nevertheless, out of special compassion, permission is granted for ten years from this Year of the Boar to the coming Year of the Monkey, as requested. This decision shall be communicated accordingly.
However, this is limited to mountain guards and stonecutters only. Moreover, the names of both stonecutter representatives must be reported to the construction office. For all other matters, following regulations, all affairs must be consulted with the construction department and handled according to their instructions, ensuring no improper conduct occurs.

○Regarding the silver disbursement for the mutual aid association (yoraikō) ordered in the year before last (Year of the Rooster): Although gradual disbursements were planned, unavoidable delays have occurred due to administrative difficulties. While disbursement is essential, handling has been consistently difficult. This matter should be well communicated to subordinates.
April 25th
Utsunomiya Kankayoshi
○Regarding gunpowder distributed to various units, there are special intentions, and orders have been issued as stated in the attached document. This matter shall be handled accordingly.
1. For three years from this Year of the Boar to the Year of the Ox, gunpowder shall be distributed to various units from the gunpowder department's surplus. From the Year of the Rat onward, gunpowder shall be purchased and distributed as before.
1. For three years from this Year of the Boar to the Year of the Ox, 3,800 monme of silver shall be delivered annually to the gunpowder department as gunpowder expenses. The silver shall be deposited with the weapons department, invested in their lending fund with interest compounded and accumulated. After five years, both principal and interest shall be returned by the weapons department. The returned silver shall be handled according to instructions at that time.
