○御家中渡しの綿麻の件について、近年品物の品位が劣っているように聞いているので、今後は格別に吟味の上納入し、仕立方についても近来の慣例にかかわらず粗末でないよう入念に仕立てるよう、綿麻奉行へ申し渡すべきである。
一、諸方面へ渡す藁束縄並びに藁束共に品質が良くなく、使い方に不利益があると聞いているので、今後は格別に吟味の上納入するよう炭薪奉行へ申し渡すべきである。

一、明里御蔵所の米納の際に出役する立合組の御米見御先組並びに荒子共を両三日ずつで交替するよう申し付けること。ただし御先組並びに荒子等は人選により出役を申し付けること。
一、枚御蔵所の米納の際、立合組の取扱方を見届けるため、御目付組一人も人選により代わり合って詰めるよう申し付けること。
一、明里御蔵所の米納の際、これまで申し付け置いた件であるが、なお又御勘定吟味役、御勝手役、御徒目付等が絶えず見回りするよう改めて申し聞かせること。
右の通り仰せ出されるので、各々申し談じて取り扱うべきである。
