此度之大御物入他国御才覚とても過分之儀は相調兼可申に付無御拠御用金被仰
付候公辺御用御太切至極御国役之儀に候間何分出精相勤候様厚可被取斗候右

甚だご心痛に思し召されるが、やむを得ずお頼みになる。御内外の倹約の件は厳しく命じられ、御大切な御用を何とか支障なく御勤めいただきたいと思し召しである。各々の倹約については、近年の半減御借米中からもなお一層、何とか工夫して勤めを続けるようにとの思し召しである。これらの趣旨を申し渡すべき旨が仰せ出された。正月二十日 支配末端まで

○各々次第に承知の通り、この度御手伝い御用を命じられたが、御上納金の額が過分なことで、御工面方法がどのようになるであろうかとご心痛されることである。各々の支配下では近年種々の御趣法により調達金を命じられ困窮している趣、各々よりかねて詳しく達しがあり、その段が御聴に達し甚だご苦労に思し召されるが、この度の大きな御物入りは他国での御資金調達といっても過分なことは調達し兼ねるであろうから、やむを得ず御用金を命じられる。公辺の御用は御大切至極で御国役の儀であるから、何分出精して勤めるよう厚く取り計らうべきである。右の金額については御奉行たちより申し達するであろう。
