○支配頭へ申し聞かせた通り、この度御手伝い御用を命じられたが、御上納金の額が過分なことで、御工面方法がどのようになるであろうかとご心痛されることである。町在については近年種々の御趣法により調達金を命じられたところ、出精して勤め御満足に思し召し、当時困窮している段が御聴に達し甚だご苦労に思し召されるが、過分な御上納金のことゆえ、また御家中に半減御借米等を命じられ、他に方法もなく、やむを得ず御用金を命じられる。公辺の御用は御大切至極で御国役の儀であるから、一統出精すべきである。
