四郡奉行
一川除御普請之儀是迄無拠所々而己御普請被仰付来候へ共猶又改而当丑
年ゟ格別厳重之省略を以是迄之形合に不拘急破之外は成丈御普請
追送り可申事尤無拠御普請所に而も竹木積り精誠吟味指詰積帳仕立
可申且又当丑年ゟ改而川除銀一ヶ年銀高分量可被相定候
但右銀高之儀は調之上可被相達候
一在々道橋御修覆其外下行人足代并往還道橋御修覆御入用共去申年
ゟ昨子年迄五ヶ年平均銀高之内御割引残銀高を以当丑年ゟ切賦被仰付候間
右銀辻を以御用弁出来候様可致事
但竹木之儀も五ヶ年平均之内御割引に而切賦渡之事
一用水路御普請之儀も川除御奉行同様に候事尤御普請所御入用竹木
等之儀も格別相減積帳出来候様可致事
一在々米銀拝借御手当等之願是迄迚も無拠村々は不得止達候事に候へ共猶
又是迄之振合に不拘各支配下困窮之村々之内に而も成丈程能被申聞願筋無
之様可致事
一近年在々困窮之儀も相聞候間御鷹野場所道筋普請之儀可相成丈御省略
可有之候加勢人足之儀是迄壱ヶ年に壱万人つヽ定候へ共御留守年は五千人斗に而
相済候様可致併道筋に寄壱ヶ年普請相延候はヽ却而入増に可相成筋も可
有之哉に候間御在国年御留守共共押廻し弐ヶ年に弐万人に而定式不時大破小
破共勘弁を以普請出来候様可致事
但右人数之外翌年分引揚仕越普請之儀は難相成候事

様にも相聞候間当丑年ゟ改而日払は勿論定渡り遣方之儀も格別相減候様

一芝原上水御普請之儀は格別之場所故吟味之上受負之者被仰付置候処是
現代語訳
四郡奉行
一、川除け普請の件は、これまでやむを得ない箇所のみ普請を申し付けてきたが、さらに改めて当丑年から格別に厳重な省略をもって、これまでの慣例にかかわらず急を要する破損以外はできるだけ普請を延期すること。もちろんやむを得ない普請箇所でも、竹木の積算を精密に吟味し、詳細な積算帳を作成すること。また当丑年から改めて川除け銀を一か年の銀高分量として定めること
ただし右の銀高の件は調査の上で伝達すること
一、在郷の道橋修復その他下級人夫代及び往還道橋修復費用について、去る申年から昨子年まで五か年平均銀高の内、割引残銀高をもって当丑年から切賦を申し付けるので、右の銀額でもって用を弁じられるようにすること
ただし竹木の件も五か年平均の内の割引で切賦し渡すこと
一、用水路普請の件も川除け奉行と同様であること。もちろん普請箇所の費用・竹木等の件も格別に減らして積算帳ができるようにすること
一、在郷の米銀拝借手当等の願いは、これまでもやむを得ない村々はやむなく許可してきたが、さらにこれまでの慣例にかかわらず、各支配下の困窮村々の中でもできるだけよく申し聞かせて、願い出がないようにすること
一、近年在郷の困窮も聞こえるので、鷹狩り場所道筋普請の件はできるだけ省略すべきである
加勢人足の件は、これまで一か年に一万人ずつ定めていたが、留守年は五千人ほどで済むようにすること。ただし道筋によっては一か年普請を延期すればかえって費用増になる筋もあろうから、在国年・留守共に通して二か年に二万人で定式・不時の大破・小破共に勘弁をもって普請ができるようにすること
ただし右の人数の外、翌年分を引き上げて繰り越し普請することは認められないこと
右の趣旨を厚く心配して取り計らうこと

1.
