迄之受負銀高之内弐割引に而定受負に被仰付候間右銀高に而致勘弁
御普請出来候様可被取斗候
右之通御目付共へも申渡候間猶又被申談上水奉行へも可被申渡候

○此度御買上物諸直段吟味之上減方被仰付候間於役所も御入用相減候様可被取
斗候尤諸向御〆り方被仰付候に付渡方相減可申儀に候間御仕込物之儀も得と
相伺可申事
御代官へ
○在々銀米拝借共手当等之願是迄迚も無拠村々に而は不得止達候事に候へ共猶
又是迄之振合に不拘困窮村々之内に而も成丈程能申聞願筋無之様可致事
用水奉行へ
○用水路御普請之儀是迄迚も無拠所々而己御普請被仰付来候へ共猶又当丑
年ゟ格外之省略を以寔に無拠場所たり共成丈御普請引送り可申候尤御
普請所入用竹木等之儀も格別相減積帳出来候様可致事
御台所頭同目付へ
一金百七十両 御留守年一ヶ年御入用高 但御法事御用之分は別段可相渡事
右是迄御入用之内諸方御進物類夫々相減候様被仰出候間其餘御入用一ヶ年
右金高ゟ相増不申様可被取斗候尤渡切之定金に而は無之候間是迄之通月
勘定取斗可申事且又御在国年御入用高之儀は追而可被仰付候事

現代語訳
これまでの請負銀高の内二割引きで定請負を申し付けるので、右の銀高で勘弁して普請ができるよう取り計らうこと
右の通り目付共へも申し渡すので、さらに申し談じて上水奉行へも申し渡すこと
表御納戸へ
○この度御買上物の諸直段を吟味の上減額を申し付けるので、役所においても費用を減らすよう取り計らうこと。もちろん諸方面で締め付けを申し付けているので支出を減らすべきであるから、仕込物の件もよく伺うこと
御代官へ
○在郷の銀米拝借や手当等の願いは、これまでもやむを得ない村々ではやむなく許可してきたが、さらにこれまでの慣例にかかわらず困窮村々の中でもできるだけよく申し聞かせて願い出がないようにすること
用水奉行へ
○用水路普請の件は、これまでもやむを得ない箇所のみ普請を申し付けてきたが、さらに当丑年から格外の省略をもって、真にやむを得ない場所であってもできるだけ普請を延期すること。もちろん普請箇所の費用・竹木等の件も格別に減らして積算帳ができるようにすること

Since it has been announced that various gifts to different parties should be reduced from previous expenses, other expenses should be managed so as not to exceed this gold amount annually.
