内拝借之儀近年猥に相成候間向後取扱申間敷候是迄拝借致居候分此
度之御貸銀を以不残上納被仰付候事
一勤番詰御扶持方之儀以来暮并出立前両度に相渡候事
但定府之面々は是迄之通

但御国廻り釘綿布并畳之表代御畳方共
右金高に而諸修覆可成丈相済候様可致候尤渡切之定金に而は無之候間

之候間其心得を以可致勘弁事
右之趣厚心配取斗候様可被申渡候

一、人手不足の際は日雇いを雇うことであるが、諸御用向が重複しないよう心配すること
一、諸拝借の件で類例のない分は結局御取り上げはない。かつまた定府並びに勤番の内借の件は近年濫りになっているので今後取り扱わないこと。これまで拝借していた分はこの度の御貸銀をもって残らず上納を申し付けること
一、勤番詰の御扶持方の件は今後暮れ並びに出立前の両度に渡すこと
ただし定府の面々はこれまでの通り
