Among the expenses for both office sections, gifts to various parties, meals, and provisions should each be reduced as ordered, so the remaining annual expenses should not exceed the aforementioned amount. Since this is not a fixed lump-sum payment, monthly accounting should be handled as before. Also, expense amounts for years of residence in the domain will be ordered separately
These matters should be handled with careful consideration

To District Heads and Domain Deputies in the capital
○Regarding Gensho-in Temple's religious fundraising, permission has been granted by the shogunate. Therefore, when the temple monks make their rounds, horses, porters, and lodging should be handled through mutual agreement without hindrance
1. Regarding donation amounts, each should contribute according to their own will
1. Since the fundraising silver is to be collected by town and village group heads on horseback, following precedent, the amounts should be kept light and appropriate for collection
However, this also applies to retainers and rural areas respectively. Regarding fundraising silver from retainers, it should be collected and delivered to the accounting office (the proviso applies only to the town magistrate)
These matters should be communicated to the monks of Gensho-in Temple

○Regarding Gensho-in Temple's fundraising, since permission has been granted by the shogunate, the portion from retainers should be collected and delivered to the accounting office using fundraising silver certificates as before

Matters to be handled in consultation with the magistrate - Deputy Territory Chief Administrator
1. Regarding deputy territory funds at Edo, both shogunate grants and transport funds from the home domain should be received by the surface magistrate, and when deputy territory expenses are needed, the circumstances should be reported from that office to receive them
1. Until now, both grants and transport funds in the form of temporary certificates have been kept at Edo, combined with actual cash into single deposit certificates carried by the finance magistrate, but henceforth these deposit certificates will be subject to Edo cash inspection
