願候者へは受地家作等御免被成候間町 御目付

望之者有之候はヽ地子雑費等上納方之訳三国口銭役所に而承合場所見分
之上屋敷地合印を以九月迄に右役所へ入札差出候様被仰付候間右之段夫々

○泥原新保浦前字道実島について、以前から同浦の彦六へ貸し与えていたが、この度御用地として借り上げ、御蔵所等を建設することになった。これにより右地面の代替として左の通り与えることとする。

一、米二百俵 道実彦六
右の通り年々与える ただし右島が不要となった際は与えない
一、銀十二匁
右は島を借り上げることにより困窮する事情があり、彦六の願いにより当年お渡しする。右銀子の上納が済むまで、与え米二百俵のうち一ヶ年五十俵ずつ元締上納を申し付ける。
五月二十五日
ただし右島を御用地として借り上げた件は、御鷹方に心得として申し聞かせるよう御中老へ申し出られた。

八月十一日
○泥原新保浦前字道実島について、先達て御用地に申し付け、御米蔵を始め役所等を順次建設することになっており、残りの地面について願い出る者には受地・家作等を許可するので、町在並びに他領の者でも御領分の者が受人となり立て、希望する者があれば、地子・雑費等の上納方について三国口銭役所で相談し場所を見分の上、屋敷地の合印をもって九月までに右役所へ入札を差し出すよう申し付けたので、右の件をそれぞれ触れ知らせること。

○Regarding Michimi Island in the waters off Dorobara Shimbo Bay, it was previously granted to Hikuroku of the same bay, but this time it will be borrowed as government land to construct government storehouses and other buildings. Therefore, as compensation for this land, the following will be granted:
Dorobara Shimbo Bay
1. 200 hyō of rice Michimi Hikuroku
To be granted annually as above. However, if the island becomes unnecessary, it will not be granted.
1. 12 monme of silver
This is granted this year upon Hikuroku's request due to hardships caused by borrowing the island. Until the payment of this silver is completed, 50 hyō per year from the granted 200 hyō of rice shall be paid as central tax.

However, regarding the borrowing of this island as government land, it was reported to the senior councillor that this should be communicated to the falconry office for their information.

○Regarding Michimi Island in the waters off Dorobara Shimbo Bay, it was previously designated as government land, and government rice storehouses and offices will be built successively. For the remaining land area, those who petition will be granted land tenure and house construction rights. Even residents of towns and villages and people from other domains may apply if they have guarantors from our domain territory. Those who wish to do so should consult with Mikuni Port Tax Office regarding ground rent and miscellaneous expenses, inspect the location, and submit sealed bids to that office by September with land lot markings. This matter should be announced to all relevant parties.
