As previously announced, after the completion of these buildings: Magistrate
Land-related matters shall be under the jurisdiction of the Shimoryō District Magistrate, and residential houses shall be under the jurisdiction of the Kanazu Magistrate October 5th Shimoryō District Magistrate
○Princess Asahime will move on the auspicious day of the 29th, as announced on the 3rd of this month, and this was reported to all monthly duty officers.

1. Both men were hereafter appointed as caretaker supervisors for unemployed residence guards.
1. Henceforth, during ceremonies for seasonal festivals, new moons, and full moons, when only unemployed residence guard caretaker supervisors attend, they shall join the seated order of stipend holders within the residence guard group to offer greetings; when the entire unemployed residence guard group attends together, the caretaker supervisors shall offer greetings from the main seats as ordered.
October 25th However, today Hahakabu Jūrōsaburō was appointed as an additional unemployed caretaker supervisor.
To all monthly duty officers
○Due to the continued decline in rice prices in recent years and the resulting financial difficulties for all retainers, small loans of silver have been authorized.
Further details will be communicated by the accounting office, as conveyed by the senior councillors.

However, loans are made at the rate of 100 monme of silver per 100 koku of stipend.
