思召を以可御手当別紙之通 御手元ゟ被下置候間猶又厚相心得候様との 思召候

へ指出可申事
但其番之世話役故障有之節は片番之世話役取次可申事

○近頃御稽古所の風儀が悪しく、稽古納めなどの際に弟子中が酒に酔った上でみだらな行為があった旨、粗相が聞こえてきた。礼儀正しく不法な行為がないよう、なお師匠中も心得があることなので、厚く心を正すようにとのお沙汰である。
ただし諸事質素にして費用をかけないよう、弟子中の寄合などの際も奢侈にわたることのないよう心得申すべきこと。
稽古所について引き立てて出精するようにとの件は度々申し出されていることである。この度格別のお考えをもって手当てを支給する。別紙の通りお手元より下され置かれるので、なお厚く心得るようにとのお考えである。

一、この度無役御留守役番当番に申し付けられたが、諸願事をはじめすべて取り扱いの件はこれまでの通り月番にて取り扱うべきこと
一、無役御留守番組の面々の諸願並びに達し事などをはじめすべてその番の世話役が取り次いで月番の支配へ提出すべきこと
ただしその番の世話役に故障がある節は、片番の世話役が取り次ぐべきこと
一、年始をはじめ御礼席については、一番と御留守番一番・二番に継ぎ合わせて出席すべきこと

○Recently, the conduct at the training halls has been poor, and it has been reported that during training completion ceremonies and such occasions, disciples have engaged in improper behavior while intoxicated. Since such misconduct has been heard of, it is ordered that proper etiquette be maintained and unlawful acts avoided, and the instructors should also be mindful of this and strictly correct their attitudes.
However, all matters should be conducted frugally without expense, and even when disciples gather, there should be no extravagant behavior.
The matter of promoting and working diligently at the training halls has been announced repeatedly. This time, with special consideration, stipends will be provided. As detailed in the separate document, these are granted from the lord's personal funds, so you should be especially mindful of this consideration.

○The unemployed residence guards shall henceforth be organized into two groups. This should be understood and handled accordingly. Also, the supervising heads should be informed as detailed in the separate document.
1. Although unemployed residence guard duty shifts have now been established, all handling of petitions and other matters shall continue to be processed by the monthly duty officers as before.
1. All petitions and communications from members of the unemployed residence guard groups shall be submitted to the monthly duty supervisors through their respective shift caretakers.
However, when a shift caretaker is unavailable, the caretaker from the alternate shift shall handle the matter.
1. For New Year and other ceremonial occasions, the first group and residence guard groups one and two shall attend in sequential order.
