之内には中剃り境と相分り兼候程之者も相見へ不相済儀との
御沙汰に候間前々御法通に早々相改向後心得違無之様御法通急度相守
候様一同へ可申聞事

但右は此度御持筒組之者共半甲ヶン之儀に付月番長谷部小右衛門へ昨十三日於
御前別紙之趣 御直御沙汰有之恐入奉畏候依之夫々頭々へ為心得申達
之上今十四日拾弐組小頭共小右衛門宅へ召呼右之通相改急度相守候様申渡之
右之通書付を以厳敷申渡候処拾弐組小頭共即刻寄合之上別紙之通相極候旨
書付指出候に付為後日記置之
御渡被成候御書付之趣を以小頭共寄合之上他之極に不相成様左之通申渡候
一ケン之儀月代中半に相立ケン幅壱寸五歩斗
但ケン形り御沙汰之通り古法櫛形に相改可申事
一髷之儀後口下りに可致事
一ケン之儀後口剃り不申古法之通狭ミ可申事
一ハケ先キケン之上江乗セ候義決而不相成候事
右之通申談之上相極申者也

○別紙之通支配下へ可相触哉と御家老中へ相伺候処其通相触候様被申聞候
博奕手慰之儀毎度厳敷申渡候得共心得違之者多有之相止ミ不申不届至極
に候依之向後右体御法度相背候者は左之通御咎被仰付候
一手慰宿致候者は家内之者迄不残御追放被仰付家屋敷闕所に被仰付候事
一是迄手慰に而咎数相重り候者又々御法度相背候はヽ古来博奕御定之通御仕
置可被仰付候事
右之通今般相改厳重被仰付候間心得違無之様急度可申渡候

○近来困窮之村方は桑指漆等作米植付其余増励等之趣法相企過分拝借
米等被 仰付候得共是迄右趣法通全成立候儀も相聞不申候然処御国産物
之内に而も糸繭之儀は於他国甚相用何程上作之年柄に而も捌方出来格別
利潤も有之趣に付在方は勿論御城下之内に而も蚕飼糸繭を相励候はヽ
御国益にも相成別而在方之儀御趣法御手当拝借等相願候代りにも可相成
現代語訳
の中には中剃りとの境界が分からないほどの者も見受けられ、不都合であるとの御沙汰であるので、従来の御法の通りに早々改め、今後心得違いのないよう御法の通り厳格に守るよう一同へ申し聞かせること
〆 二月十四日
ただし右については、この度御持筒組の者たちの半甲の件について、月番長谷部小右衛門へ昨日十三日御前において別紙の趣旨を御直々に御沙汰があり、恐れ入って畏まり奉る。これにより各頭々へ心得のため申し伝えた上で、今日十四日に十二組の小頭たちを小右衛門宅へ呼び寄せ、右の通り改めて厳格に守るよう申し渡した
右の通り書付をもって厳しく申し渡したところ、十二組の小頭たちが即座に寄合いの上、別紙の通り決定した旨の書付を提出したので、後日のため記録しておく
御渡しになられた御書付の趣旨をもって小頭たちが寄合いの上、他の決定にならないよう左の通り申し渡す
一、髷の件 月代の中央に立て、髷の幅一寸五分ほど
ただし髷の形は御沙汰の通り古法の櫛形に改めるべきこと
一、髷については後ろ口下がりにすべきこと
一、髷については後ろ口を剃らず古法の通り狭くすべきこと
一、刷毛先を髷の上に乗せることは決してならないこと
右の通り相談の上決定したものである
大宮忠左衛門
○別紙の通り支配下へ触れるべきかと御家老中へ伺ったところ、その通り触れるよう申し聞かされた
博奕手慰みの件について毎度厳しく申し渡しているが、心得違いの者が多くあり、やめることなく不届き至極である。これにより今後右のような御法度に背く者には左の通り御咎めを仰せ付けられる
一、手慰み宿をする者は家内の者まで残らず御追放を仰せ付けられ、家屋敷は没収を仰せ付けられること
一、これまで手慰みにて咎めを重ねている者がまた御法度に背くならば、古来博奕御定めの通り御仕置きを仰せ付けられること
右の通り今回改めて厳重に仰せ付けられているので、心得違いのないよう厳格に申し渡すべきである
二月二十日

○近来困窮の村方は桑指し、漆などの作物、米の植付け、その他増励などの趣法を企て、過分な拝借米などを仰せ付けられているが、これまで右の趣法通り完全に成立したことも聞かない。然るところ御国産物の中でも糸繭については他国において甚だ重用され、どれほど上作の年柄であても捌き方ができ格別の利潤もある趣旨につき、在方はもちろん御城下の内においても蚕飼い糸繭を励行するならば御国益にもなり、特に在方については御趣法御手当て拝借などを願う代わりにもなるであろう
