且又去々年以来御祝事に付大造之御入増有之御手繰御指支之事に候間乍
大儀壱人金千五百両つヽ都合六千両当冬調達御頼被成候間何分出精可申旨
厚可被申付候
但右之通御頼被成候に付而は於御趣意方子年調達銀之分は於同附御返済
切被仰付候
外に
戌年御内用達助役被仰付候節調達銀御趣意方へ付送りに相成候分
又々御表へ引受是迄之通元金御借居利足月四朱つヽ被下候事

ことである。もっとも町在の困窮不困窮に関わらず一統して励行するよう仰せ付けられる。もちろんこれまで励行してきた麻布、木綿その他類似の励行については、なお一層精を出すべきこと
一、右の御趣法が仰せ出された上は、これまでの糸繭運上銀については御免になされる。かつまた蚕飼いの仕入れ銀などで差し支える場合、拝借を願う者は格別の御吟味の上で拝借するよう仰せ付けられること
右の通り格別の御趣法をもって仰せ付けられることであるので、精を出して励行し、等閑にすることのないよう厚く申し付けるべきである。かつまた手先の内で調べて右の掛かりを申し付けるべきである

一、Once the above policy is announced, the previous silk cocoon tribute silver will be exempted. Furthermore, those who wish to borrow money for silkworm raising expenses when facing financial difficulties may be granted loans after special examination.
Since these are special policies announced as above, diligent promotion must be ensured without negligence, and responsible parties should be appointed from among the staff to oversee these matters.

○These four men have been exempted from their positions as official procurement agents of the policy office due to special circumstances and have been appointed as assistant agents for internal procurement. The stipends previously granted by the policy office will no longer be provided; instead, they will receive five-person stipends each during their service, and they are granted the right to use surnames.
Furthermore, since the recent celebratory events have resulted in enormous expenses and caused financial strain, though burdensome, each person is requested to procure 1,500 ryo of gold, totaling 6,000 ryo this winter, and they should be strongly instructed to make every effort to fulfill this.
However, regarding this request, the silver procured in the Rat Year by the policy office shall have its repayment completed at the same location.
Additionally,
The procurement silver that was transferred to the policy office when assistant agents for internal procurement were appointed in the Dog Year shall again be taken over by the main office, with the principal remaining borrowed as before and interest of four shu per month to be provided.
