○病中養子願并死後達書に療治相頼候御医師姓名に御匕医
師始奥表御医師并奥表御針医師等銘々に其格式を書加候へ
共以来都而姓名斗に而其格式相認に不及候事
但町医は町医誰と相認可申事

右之通先達而被仰出も有之候に付諸向へ致通達候

○此度御趣意に付格別藍玉直御買上に相成於福井御払被仰付候に付買方
支配人被仰付候厚致心配取斗可申事
右之通可被仰渡候 但翌未七月金津奉行ゟ願書を以申達候に付伺之上右惣次郎問屋被差免候事
申談可取扱旨 町四郡奉行

○町在遣用藍玉之儀近年仕入方高直に付紺屋共一統難渋之趣に而染
直段高直に相成候に付此度御趣意を以入津之藍玉阿州問屋共ゟ直
御買上に相成於福井夫々御払被仰付候に付買方支配人并町在売捌方
年行司等被仰付候事
一御払被仰付候藍玉之儀は別段焼印附に而上中下不同無之品直段下
直に而御売渡被成候間正路に取扱可申事
但他国直引合を以藍玉受取申儀決而不相成候尤焼印無之荷物
取扱候者有之候はヽ年行司吟味之上相達可申事
一三国湊口銭之儀は相定通運上指出可申事
但他領行藍玉荷物之儀は入津候節吟味之上銀高取調為入役銀
百匁に付三匁つヽ取立可申事
一藍玉代銀之儀は年々七月極月両度に上納可致事
但銀子取集方年行事三人之者共ゟ急度上納可致事
一紺屋共当時所持之藍玉荷物相調来未春入津之節荷数何
程入用と申事兼々書付を以可申出事
但月々遣用藍玉町在共委敷取調可申事
右御趣意を以御領内へ御払被仰付候間他国ゟ直送り荷物 一切取扱致

○病中養子願並びに死後達書において療治を頼んだ御医師の姓名について、御匕医師をはじめ奥表御医師並びに奥表御針医師等、銘々にその格式を書き加えていたが、今後はすべて姓名のみとし、その格式を記載する必要はないこと

○町在で使用する藍玉について、近年仕入方が高値のため紺屋共一統が難渋している様子で、染め料金が高値になっているので、この度御趣意をもって入津の藍玉を阿州問屋共から直接御買い上げになり、福井においてそれぞれ御払いを仰せ付けられるので、買方支配人並びに町在売捌方年行司等を仰せ付けられること
一、御払いを仰せ付けられた藍玉については、別段の焼印付きで上中下の区別なく品質統一し、安価で御売り渡しになるので、正当に取り扱うこと
ただし他国と直接取り引きして藍玉を受け取ることは決してならない。もっとも焼印のない荷物を取り扱う者があれば、年行司が吟味の上で報告すること
一、三国湊の口銭については定められた通り運上を差し出すこと
ただし他領行きの藍玉荷物については、入津の際に吟味の上で銀高を取り調べ、役銀として銀百匁につき三匁ずつ取り立てること
一、藍玉代銀については、年々七月と十二月の両度に上納すること
ただし銀子取り集め方の年行事三人の者共から必ず上納すること
一、紺屋共が当時所持している藍玉荷物を調べ、来る未春の入津の際の荷数がどれほど入用かということを、かねがね書付をもって申し出ること
ただし月々使用する藍玉について町在共詳しく取り調べること
右の御趣意をもって御領内へ御払いを仰せ付けられるので、他国からの直送り荷物は一切取り扱いをしては

○Due to the current policy, indigo balls will be purchased directly at special rates and distributed in Fukui as ordered, so a purchasing supervisor is appointed. Great care should be taken in handling these matters
The above should be announced However, in the seventh month of the following Sheep year, a petition was submitted through the Kanazu Magistrate, and after inquiry, the said Sojiro was relieved of his wholesale duties

○Regarding indigo balls used in towns and villages, due to recent high procurement costs, all dyers are experiencing difficulties and dyeing prices have become expensive. Therefore, by this policy, indigo balls arriving at port will be purchased directly from Awa Province wholesalers and distributed in Fukui as ordered, appointing purchasing supervisors and town/village sales annual administrators
一、The indigo balls ordered for distribution shall bear special brand marks, be of uniform quality regardless of grade (high, medium, low), and be sold at low prices, so they must be handled properly
However, direct transactions with other provinces to receive indigo balls are strictly forbidden. If anyone handles goods without brand marks, annual administrators must investigate and report
一、Port fees at Mikuni Port should be submitted as tribute according to regulations
However, for indigo ball shipments bound for other territories, upon arrival they must be examined, silver amounts investigated, and three monme per hundred monme collected as service silver
一、Payment silver for indigo balls should be submitted twice yearly, in July and December
However, the three annual administrators responsible for silver collection must ensure proper submission
一、Dyers should investigate their current indigo ball inventory and report in writing how much will be needed when ships arrive next spring
However, monthly indigo ball usage in towns and villages should be investigated in detail
Since distribution within the domain is ordered by this policy, direct shipment goods from other provinces shall not be handled at all
