一川舟所持之者改焼印無之藍玉舟積致敷事
右之趣被仰出候間夫々問屋共井船持之者共へ厳敷可被申渡者也

○端浦之儀兼而御定法通有之候処抜荷井抜塩等之取扱有之趣
相聞不相済儀に候向後右体之儀有之候はヽ浦人井取次之者共吟味之
上夫々可被及御沙汰候間心得違無之様厳敷可被申渡候

○三国湊折敷屋長左衛門と申者去ル戌年ゟ粉糠問屋被仰付候処〆り方宜故
障之筋も相聞不申候に付此度改而粉糠問屋被仰付候間其段可被申渡候仍
之為冥加毎年銀拾五両つヽ指上可申事以後〆り方之儀左之通可被申付候
但是迄指上来候銀壱両は不及上納事
一今般粉糠問屋被仰付候而三国を初諸向ゟ之買入直段下直に相成諸向
難渋之筋も候はヽ問屋被指留候事
一粉糠之分直売直買之儀問屋之外令停止候且又小売之者難儀之
筋無之様相心得

一 川船所持の者は改め焼印のない藍玉を舟積みしてはならないこと
右の趣旨が仰せ出されたので、それぞれ問屋共および船持ちの者共へ厳しく申し渡すべきである

○三国湊の折敷屋長左衛門という者、去る戌年から粉糠問屋を仰せ付けられたところ、締まり方が良いため障りの筋も聞こえないので、この度改めて粉糠問屋を仰せ付けられる。その段を申し渡すこと。よって冥加として毎年銀十五両ずつ指し上げること。以後締まり方の件は左の通り申し付けるべきである
ただしこれまで指し上げてきた銀一両は上納に及ばないこと
一 今般粉糠問屋を仰せ付けられたが、三国をはじめ諸方からの買入れ直段が下直になり諸方で難渋の筋もあれば問屋を指し留めること
一 粉糠の分の直売直買いの件、問屋以外は停止させる。かつまた小売りの者が難儀の筋のないよう心得ること

Kanazu Magistrate
○A person named Oshikiya Chozaemon of Mikuni port was appointed as rice bran wholesale merchant from the previous Year of the Dog, and since his management has been good with no problematic matters reported, he is hereby reappointed as rice bran wholesale merchant. This should be communicated to him. Therefore, as a thank-offering, he shall submit fifteen ryo of silver annually. Henceforth, management matters shall be ordered as follows:
However, the one ryo of silver submitted thus far need not be paid
One While a rice bran wholesale merchant has been appointed this time, if purchase prices from Mikuni and other places become too low causing hardship in various quarters, the wholesale business may be suspended
One Regarding direct sales and direct purchases of rice bran, operations other than through the wholesale merchant are prohibited. Furthermore, care should be taken so that retail merchants do not face hardship
