○在方酒造之儀締方不宜候に付今般御趣法被相立酒造株札御渡被成候間
向後新規に相願候而も御取揚無之事
一酒直段之儀其年之米直段引合成丈下直に取扱候様急度相心得可申事
右御趣法に付其郷内締役左之通被仰付候

○右之通被仰付候に付御奉行ゟ支配頭へ相渡候酒造締方書付左之通
一今般在方酒造之儀御趣法被相立候間其年々米直段に引合せ酒直段
向後成丈下直に取扱候様相心得可申事
一店売仲間商之儀は勝手次第売買可致事
一其郷組切外組へ売子相立申間敷事
一今般酒造株札御渡被成候に付而は向後酒造相願候而も御取揚無之事
一本株之者共酒造相止候時は御国中何方へ株譲り候而も是迄勝手次第に候へ共
以来は其郷組世話方井惣締方談之上故障無之様取斗可申事
但新株之者相止候時も右同様可申談事
一本株新株共相止候節は跡株主立候哉仲間へ預り株に致候哉右両様相分り
候迄は元株ゟ御冥加相立可申事
一酒造株札為冥加年々金弐歩つヽ上納可致事
一其郷組に而年行司相立年々廻番に相勤可申事
一酒造之願相立未た酒造不致候者井休株又は中絶致居候者共以来御指

○在郷での酒造業について、統制が良くないため、この度行政方針を立てて酒造株札をお渡しになったので、今後新規に申請しても取り上げることはない
一 酒の値段について、その年の米の値段と引き合わせて、できる限り安価に取り扱うよう必ず心得ること
右の行政方針につき、その郷内の統制役を左の通り仰せ付けられる

○右の通り仰せ付けられたので、御奉行から支配頭へ渡した酒造統制方の書付は左の通り
一 この度在郷の酒造業について行政方針を立てられたので、その年々の米の値段に引き合わせて、酒の値段を今後できる限り安価に取り扱うよう心得ること
一 店頭販売仲間商売については、勝手次第に売買すること
一 その郷の組合以外の他の組合へ売り子を立ててはならないこと
一 この度酒造株札をお渡しになったので、今後酒造を願い出ても取り上げることはない
一 本株の者たちが酒造をやめる時は、お国中どこへ株を譲っても、これまで勝手次第であったが、今後はその郷組の世話方および総統制方が相談の上、支障のないよう取り計らうこと
ただし新株の者がやめる時も右と同様に相談すること
一 本株・新株ともにやめる際は、後継の株主が立つか、仲間へ預り株にするか、右の両様が決まるまでは元株から御冥加を納めること
一 酒造株札の冥加として年々金二歩ずつ上納すること
一 その郷組において年行司を立て、年々回り番で勤めること
一 酒造の願いを出したがまだ酒造をしていない者および休株または中絶している者たちは、今後お指し留めになること

○Since the above has been ordered, the document regarding sake brewing control passed from the Magistrate to the supervisory heads is as follows:
One Since administrative policies regarding rural sake brewing have now been established, sake prices should henceforth be handled at the lowest possible prices in comparison with each year's rice prices, and this should be understood
One Regarding retail guild commerce, buying and selling may be conducted at discretion
One Sales agents shall not be established for groups outside one's own district association
One Since sake brewing stock licenses have now been issued, henceforth no sake brewing applications will be accepted
One When main stockholders cease sake brewing, while they could previously transfer stocks anywhere in the domain at their discretion, henceforth such transfers must be arranged without hindrance after consultation with the district association supervisors and general controllers
However, when new stockholders cease operations, the same consultation process applies
One When both main stocks and new stocks are discontinued, until it is determined whether a successor stockholder will be established or whether stocks will be held in trust by the association, tribute payments must continue from the original stock
One As tribute for sake brewing stock licenses, two bu of gold shall be paid annually
One Annual magistrates shall be established within each district association and serve in yearly rotation
One Those who have applied for sake brewing but have not yet begun brewing, as well as those with dormant or discontinued stocks, shall henceforth be suspended
