諸月番
○御勝手（藩の財政）が必至の指支（財政難）により、非常に重大な事態となる時節であるため、今申年（文政七年）から御勝手の趣意を仰せ出される。詳細は御帰国の上で表立って仰せ出される予定である。これに関連して、供回り・召し使う者たち、その他諸事について、できる限り減少させること。この節は出替（交代）の時節であるため、心得として、この段を申し渡すよう仰せ出される。
ただし千石以下の持馬免許および御役料馬についても同様とする
