○御勝手向必至御難渋御指支に付万端御倹約被仰出候役所向精誠取調
御入用高格別相減候様致心配猶又御益筋存寄も有之候はヽ申達此度被
仰出候御倹約通り末々に至迄委敷申聞第一御〆り方宜尤潔白可相勤
事に候諸向是迄之仕来或は形合に相拘取斗方等閑之儀相聞候節は急
度可被及御沙汰候間御為第一に相心掛可致精勤候

○今般御倹約被仰出候候に付別紙之通夫々可及通達旨

一金銀井諸色紙類相定有之御入用之分是迄之振合に而は減方出来不申候へ共
廉々を省キ遣ひ方御倹約致し凡三ヶ一減に相成候様於向々取調候様被仰出候事
但精誠吟味之上三ヶ一減出来不申候へは御評議之上被仰付方も可有之候哉之事
○今般御倹約被仰出候に付諸紙之内左之通段下ヶ被仰付候
一間奉書相遣ひ候分は判奉書御渡被成候事

それぞれ申し渡すべき旨 御用人
江戸において 御奉行
○御勝手向（藩の財政）が必至の難渋・指支（財政難）により、万端にわたり御倹約が仰せ出される。役所向きは精誠をもって取り調べ、御入用高を格別に減らすよう心配りをし、なお又御益筋（収益増加策）の考えもあれば申し達すること。この度仰せ出される御倹約の通り、末々に至るまで詳しく申し聞かせ、第一に御締まり方をよく、もっとも潔白に勤めるべきこと。諸向でこれまでの仕来り或いは形合（形式・体裁）に拘って、取り計らい方が等閑（おろそか）であると聞く節は、きっと御沙汰に及ぶであろうから、御為を第一に心掛けて精勤すべきである。
右の趣旨をそれぞれ厚く申し渡すこと。

一、金銀および諸色紙類で決められた御入用の分について、これまでの割合では減少方法ができないけれども、細かな点を省き、使い方を御倹約して、およそ三分の一減となるよう、向々において取り調べるよう仰せ出されること
ただし精誠をもって吟味の上、三分の一減ができない場合は、御評議の上で仰せ付けられる方法もあるかもしれないこと
○今般御倹約が仰せ出されることにより、諸紙のうち左の通り格下げが仰せ付けられる
一、間奉書を使用する分は判奉書をお渡しになること

○Due to the domain's finances reaching a state of extreme difficulty and obstruction, comprehensive austerity measures are being ordered. Administrative offices should investigate with sincerity and take care to significantly reduce expenses. Furthermore, if there are ideas for profit-increasing measures, these should be reported. According to the austerity measures ordered this time, detailed instructions should be given down to the lowest levels, and above all, fiscal management should be conducted well and with utmost integrity. If it is heard that various departments are being negligent in their handling of matters due to adherence to past customs or formalities, this will certainly result in official censure. Therefore, one should prioritize the domain's benefit and work diligently.
The above points should be thoroughly communicated to each respective party.

Regarding expenses for gold, silver, and various papers that have been determined, although reductions cannot be achieved with the previous proportions, by eliminating minor details and practicing austerity in usage, investigations should be conducted at respective offices to achieve approximately one-third reduction as ordered
However, after sincere examination, if a one-third reduction cannot be achieved, there may be methods ordered after official deliberation
