次の席において御目付から各々へ伝達する別紙
一、絹の上下、郡内平袴の類について、度々仰せ出されている通り、手持ちの古い品は構わない
一、衣服について、第一に綿服を使用すべきである。太織・紬の分はこれまで通りである。もっとも紬で絹に紛らわしい地合いの堅いものは無用である
一、婦人の衣服は綿服を使用すべきことであるが、手持ちの絹類は構わない。帷子・絹縮の類は無用である。帯は縮緬・綸子・紗綾等は構わない。腰からけもこれに準じるべきことである
ただし婚姻当日の嫁の装束は格別の段として前々から仰せ出されているが、以後は前条の通り心得るべきこと
一、参会並びに音物贈答について、前々から仰せ出されている通り堅く守るべきこと
ただし組支配の末々まで漏れないよう、もっとも着服については去る申年に仰せ出された通り厳重に守る旨を申し渡すべきである
右の趣旨について、去る丑年に仰せ出されたところ、追々緩んでいる旨聞こえてくる。なお、心得違いなく必ず守るよう仰せ出される

○御勝手向（藩財政）について、近年大変な費用がかかるため、去る卯年に町在の身元のある者たちへ上納銀をお頼みになったところ、冥加のため追々上納銀ができ、格別都合がよく御満足と思し召される。しかしながら、従来の極めて困窮した御勝手向のため、やむを得ず御家中に半減借米を仰せ付けられた。町在についても、かねてから困窮の状況でご苦労をおかけすると思われるが、御勝手向の運命でやむを得ない趣旨により、趣法頼母子講をお頼みになる。なお詳細については御奉行たちが相談するので、各々厚く心配りし、お頼みの通りに整うよう適切に取り計らってもらいたい

1. Regarding silk formal wear and Kōnai flat hakama, as has been repeatedly announced, existing old items are acceptable
1. Regarding clothing, cotton garments should be used first and foremost. Thick-weave and pongee items remain as before. However, pongee with firm texture that could be mistaken for silk is prohibited

Town and Four-District Magistrates
○Regarding domain finances, due to enormous expenses in recent years, silver contributions were requested from substantial townspeople and rural residents in the previous Year of the Rabbit. As a result of their meritorious offerings, silver contributions have been forthcoming, which is exceptionally convenient and satisfactory. However, due to the extremely difficult financial situation that has continued, unavoidably half-reduction borrowed rice has been imposed on the retainer households. Although the townspeople and rural areas are also in a state of long-standing hardship, which causes concern for their suffering, due to the unavoidable fate of domain finances, rotating credit associations (tanomoshi-kō) are being requested.
