伐出売払候儀相願候に付各別之御憐愍を以去亥年ゟ当年迄十ヶ年之間御
免被成候処今以勝手向取続候儀難渋至極に付来年ゟ壱年限是迄之通
御免被成下候様相願候へ共其儀は難及御取上来年ゟ又々十ヶ年之間是迄之通

但是迄右間歩所之儀手人之者十人并子方石職之者十人限相雇候儀御
免被成免札被下候処此上石坂町間歩持之通子方石職之者勝手に相雇候儀

右の通りであったところ、追って和談による内済が整ったため、十月二十七日に右交易留を解除した段について、それぞれに仰せ付けられたこと

○国嶋屋忠兵衛を御米問屋に仰せ付けられた御趣意があり、一人増員に仰せ付けられる件なので、山口与兵衛・内藤理兵衛と相談して勤めるよう申し渡すべきである。右の趣旨を与兵衛・理兵衛へも申し渡すべきである

○金屋弥助が不如意（財政困窮）のため、拝領山の内にある石間歩所について、御家中間歩と同様に石を伐り出して売り払う件を願い出たため、格別の御憐憫をもって去る亥年から当年まで十ヶ年の間御免になっていたところ、今もって家計向きの継続が極めて難渋のため、来年から一年限りこれまで通り御免くださるよう願い出たが、その件は御取り上げになりがたく、来年から再び十ヶ年の間これまで通り御免になった
ただしこれまで右間歩所について手人の者十人並びに子方石職の者十人限りを雇う件を御免になり免札を下されていたところ、この上石坂町間歩持ちの通り子方石職の者を勝手に雇う件を御免くださるよう願い出たため、この件は勝手次第御免になった。しかしながら支障筋がある節には差し止めることができること

○Since Kanaya Yasuke is in financial difficulty, he petitioned to quarry and sell stones from the stone mine within his granted mountain, in the same manner as retainer household mines.
