手当被仰付置候面々へ可被申通候且又此度右丹生郡海岸為心得内見分
被差出候間御手当被仰付置候面々之内申談事軽人数少に而罷出候様可被

この分はこれまで三国口銭銀を残らず御渡し成されたが、来る酉年より口銭銀半分ずつ渡すことをお頼み成された。ただし通三朱に利下げをお頼みのこと

○丹生郡海辺に異国船が渡来した節、飛騨御郡代芝与市右衛門殿より案内次第早速固めの人数を差し出すべき旨、公儀より仰せ出されたことに付き、兼ねて仰せ付けられ置かれた御領分中の浦々に異国船漂流の節の御手当の通り御人数を指し出されるべきことであるから、その段御手当を仰せ付けられ置かれた面々へ申し通されるべきである。かつまたこの度右の丹生郡海岸を心得のため内見分に差し出されるので、御手当を仰せ付けられ置かれた面々の内申し談じて軽人数少なくて罷り出るよう取り計らうべきである

○When foreign ships arrive at the coast of Nyū District, Hida District Administrator Shiba Yoichizaemon has given notice that defense forces should be dispatched immediately upon notification, as ordered by the Shogunate. Therefore, as previously ordered for all coastal areas within the domain territory, when foreign ships drift ashore, personnel should be dispatched according to the established procedures. This matter should be communicated to all those who have been assigned these duties. Furthermore, since personnel are being sent for internal inspection of the Nyū District coastline for reconnaissance purposes, those assigned to these duties should consult among themselves and arrange to go out with a small, light force
