一御在国中御物頭宗旨改近在御年限中迚も御省略難被成歟に候へ共年々御評議之上御省略之事
一江戸御往来之節御徒頭御時宜役罷出候儀都合両人に被仰付候事
一御鵜川之儀年々定式は被相止御鵜方へ御中老共申談為〆り折々可罷越事
一登城日折合候節恐悦并御礼是迄別段に御座所へ出候へ共不及其儀於御
本丸取扱可申事
但御小姓御近習番之儀は御座所に而恐悦并自分御礼可申上事
一恐悦触出し前夕可指出事
但御用番斗可相勤事御帰城御發駕之節は是迄之通不残可相勤事江
戸留守之御家老ヘは勤に不及事
一御留守年御鷹方上鳥之儀御近習御鷹掛り取扱候へ共渡り人等御不益も有
之候間前々之通御鷹方ゟ御台所頭へ直々相廻し候様可申聞事
一御作事奉行御大工頭春秋遠方見分之儀被相止候事
但無拠儀有之節は伺之上可罷越事

仰渡同廿五日於御座所御右筆部屋夫々右近申渡有之候同廿六日ゟ相改候様被仰出候

現代語訳
一 御在国中、御物頭による宗旨改めと近在の御年限中といえども御省略が困難な場合もあるが、年々御評議の上で御省略すること
一 江戸御往来の節、御徒頭・御時宜役が出向く儀は都合両人に命じること
一 御鵜川の儀は年々定式を止め、御鵜方へ御中老共が申し談じて締めくくりとし、折々出向くべきこと
一 登城日に都合がつく節の恐悦並びに御礼は、これまで別段に御座所へ出ていたが、その儀には及ばず御本丸において取り扱うべきこと

一 御茶部・弁当は通用小船で支障のないよう申し出されること
一 毎月八日・十八日並びに御忌月の御参詣を御延引の節の御名代については、御年限中は御用人が御名代代わりを勤めるべき旨が申し出されること
右の趣が申し出されたため、なお又斎藤右近へ申し付け、諸向へ申し渡すべき旨を御用番本多玄蕃方より申し渡され、同二十五日に御座所において御右筆部屋でそれぞれ右近が申し渡しを行った。同二十六日より改めるよう申し出されること
一 御城下回り・御野回りの御目付御供を召し連れることを止め、諸事御供の儀は御供頭のみが取り扱うよう申し出されること
一 御略御行列が申し出され、御徒頭・御時宜役の御供を止めること
一 御出殿の節、御供中の諸事取り扱いを御供頭へ申し付けられること
