○As the ammunition storehouse inside Shimizu Gate has fallen into severe disrepair, it shall be moved into the main castle's multi-gate area, and the existing storehouse shall be dismantled.
1. Since there is currently no horseback riding at Yanagi riding ground, those residing alongside the riding ground and organized town groups have requested to borrow small amounts with ground rent for fire prevention purposes. Building construction is not permitted; only those requesting for fire prevention purposes shall be granted loans, and ground rent payment shall be ordered.
1. The main castle's lower kitchen area has been reduced, and the remaining roof tiles are to be raised as ordered.
1. Domain borrowed uniforms, previously paid in silver, shall henceforth be provided as actual garments.
1. Regarding gunpowder and matchcord for hunting various birds in the castle town and rural areas, during the term limit, expenses shall be reduced to half of previous costs; accordingly, the number of birds hunted shall also be proportionally reduced.
