一御台所役所引受御熨御用御定金来丑年ゟ六ヶ一減被仰付候事
一小者給之儀当子年御留守詰之節ゟ五ヶ年之間御供詰之面々金高ゟ弐歩五厘
減御留守詰并御供外往来之面々は金高ゟ五歩被減候事
重出之分除之 御用人
一御武具方御定金之内来丑春ゟ以後六ヶ一減被仰付候事
一御旗本衆へ両殿様御逢被遊候節太刀馬代持参に付為御答礼銀弐枚つヽ被遣候
以後御逢被遊候とも太刀馬代御断可被成事
一公儀并一橋御医師罷出候節一汁三菜賄被下候へ共以後上二菜に而被下候事
一御間柄様御当座御法事之節御香典被供候之儀御忌掛り無御座候へは御断可
被成事 但御忌掛りに准し候御間柄様は其節御評議可有之事
一霊厳嶋御拝領之白鴛鴦掛り被下候儀は無減に而被下候事
一霊厳嶋御供一橋御附四人に而相勤候に付銀五枚つヽ被下候処以後二枚減三枚つヽ被下候事
一両殿様御小姓之内御切米取御合力銀取衣装銀支度金被下候儀金高ゟ五歩

但御公界御供に而被下候分は無減に而被下上使等之節は御通行相勤候に付被下之

一御世譜繰出し御用相勤候に付御右筆被下金有之候以後受込壱人御右筆之内壱

一御医師共御合力銀被下之儀金高ゟ一割被減候事

但御薬差上候に付被下候儀御薬に寄是迄御定も有之候へ共猶又臨時吟味可有之候事

一御徒并御雇とも御客来候節御通行相勤候に付是迄勤壱百疋つヽ被下候処以後弐朱

一、御台所役所引受御熨御用御定金、来丑年より六分の一減を仰せ付けられたこと
