○於在々御役木挽之外致忍細工之儀は前々ゟ御法度之処近頃猥に木挽職相挊
候者有之由相聞候間向後忍細工之儀急度相慎可申旨猶又在々被仰出候間以
来は御作事役所ゟ吟味方之者相廻し心得違之者有之候はヽ咎方申付御法通相
緩不申候様可被取斗候
附諸職共右同様可被相心得候

ゟ御免被成候右御年限満候へ共諸事御省略之儀は是迄之通と相心得諸役所向御
不益無之様可取斗儀御代替に付若心得違有之候而は如何之事故為念向へ被
申聞置候猶御倹約御内慮之儀は先評被仰出候通に候此段被相心得夫々可被申聞候

候儀は拙者共可罷出候間吟味之上可相達候

付相渡候且又御入部に付別段御取扱之儀も可有之左様之品は平生之御形合に相
混し不申様分而可被相達候

御作事奉行
○在郷において御役木挽き以外の隠れて細工をすることは従来より禁止されているところ、近頃みだりに木挽き職を兼業する
者がいると聞いているので、今後隠れ細工については厳しく慎むべき旨、なお又在郷に仰せ出されているので、今後は
御作事役所より吟味方の者を回らせ、心得違いの者があれば咎めを申し付け、御法の通り緩くしないよう取り計らうべきである。
附 諸職人らも右同様に心得るべきである。
四郡奉行
○在郷において（以下略）厳しく慎むべきであり、なお今後は御作事役所より吟味方の者を回らせ、もし心得
違いの者があれば調べた上で御咎めを申し付けるので、今後なお一層厳重に守るべきことである。

右の趣旨を支配下へ触れ回るべきである。

○去る子年以来次々と御勝手向きの御厳重な御取り締まりが仰せ出され、また七年間の半減御借米が今年
より御免許になった。右の御年限は満了したが、諸事御省略については今まで通りと心得て、諸役所向きに御
不益のないよう取り計らうべきところ、御代替わりにつき、もし心得違いがあっては如何なものかと思うので、念のため向きに
申し聞かせ置く。なお御倹約の御内慮については先に評議で仰せ出された通りである。この段を心得てそれぞれ申し聞かせるべきである。

別御倹約中であるので、御無益な御装飾のないよう御省略の御沙汰として御内慮が仰せ出されているので、
この段を心得るべきである。もっとも止むを得ない所には見分の上で御修復を申し付けるべきである。御役人らが見分して分からない
ことは私どもが出向くので、吟味の上で報告すべきである。
御用人大宮彦右衛門
○今夏の御入部につき御待ち請けや総じて御修復の御倹約について、別紙の通りそれぞれ申し渡した。各自心得のため書
付を渡した。また御入部につき別段の御取り扱いもあろうが、そのような品は平生の御慣例に混
同しないよう区別して報告すべきである。
ただし御家中に下される件も右同断のことである。

○Regarding secret craftwork in rural areas other than official carpentry, this has been prohibited from long ago, but it has been heard that recently there are those who improperly engage in carpentry work. Therefore, it has been announced again to rural areas that secret craftwork should be strictly avoided in the future. Henceforth, inspectors from the Construction Office will make rounds, and if there are those who misunderstand, punishment will be imposed and matters will not be handled leniently according to the law.
Note: All craftsmen should understand this in the same manner.
Four Counties Magistrate
○In rural areas (abbreviated) this should be strictly observed, and furthermore, inspectors from the Construction Office will make rounds in the future. If there are those who misunderstand, they will be investigated and punishment will be imposed, so this should be observed even more strictly hereafter.
Note: All craftsmen should observe the prohibitions in the same manner.

○Since the previous Year of the Rat, strict financial controls have been successively announced, and the seven-year half-reduction rice loans have been exempted from this year. Although this term limit has expired, regarding various economies, understand that things continue as before, and matters should be handled so that there is no detriment to various offices. Due to the change of administration, if there are misunderstandings it would be problematic, so this is communicated as a precaution. Furthermore, regarding His Lordship's private intentions about frugality, it is as previously announced in deliberation. Understanding this point, each should communicate it accordingly.

This point should be understood. Of course, for unavoidable places, repairs should be ordered after inspection. If officials cannot determine matters through inspection, we will go out personally, so reports should be made after examination.

○Regarding reception preparations and repair frugality for this summer's domain entry, instructions have been given to each as written in the separate document. Written instructions have been distributed for everyone's understanding. Also, there may be special arrangements for the domain entry, but such matters should be reported separately so as not to be confused with ordinary customs.
