○国産品および他国産物の港での出入りについては、従来より仰せ出されているところであるが、近年みだりになり締まりがない様子が聞こえるので、締め方として今度港回りを命じられているので、足軽の内で人柄を吟味の上で申し付けるべきである。勤務方法については各初回御用掛りの面々が十分協議の上で申し付けるべきである。
一、右の足軽両人が港回りの際は御締めのためであるので、帯刀して回るよう申し付けるべきである。
一、港回りの両人の者は三国出役の小役人らと一緒に御蔵所に配置すべきである。
