本多飛騨守成重子共多有之間一人可被召仕之旨
忠昌公御意ニ付右之段達 上聞候処五男主税ヲ指上候
様ニト 上意有之則 台徳院様 大猷院様御目見
被 仰付島田弾正同道ニテ父子共ニ江戸御屋敷エ罷越
候処早速御目見被 仰付御盃被下其節名ヲ民部ト改候
先祖之儀高祖父本多作左衛門重次儀ハ 御当家御正統
信光様ヨリ重次父作左衛門御奉公申上重次儀ハ七歳ノ
時被 召出以後 権現様御初陣参州寺部之城御責之時
分相働其後所々働有之天正二《割書：甲｜ 戌》年 秀康公御出生前
築山御前様御嫉妬ニテ 長勝院様御事御城内ニ被成御
座候事難成作左衛門方エ被為入御頼ニ付則知行所産目

当 松平主馬正恒（生国は越前 初名は庄兵衛、正恒は部屋住みの身から別知を下され御家老職を相勤める）
吉品公御代宝永六年己丑年、正恒に隠居を仰せ付けられ、嫡子勝右衛
門正邨に家督を下され、二男九郎左衛門には配知を下された。正恒は
薙髪して牧翁と号していたところ、正徳二年壬辰年に勝右衛門が死去し、翌正徳三年癸
巳年に九郎左衛門もまた相果てた。嫡孫金蔵はまだ幼少であったため、御懇意の
趣旨により兄弟の拝領知を一緒にして再び正恒へ下され、相続を仰せ付けられた

本多飛騨守成重には子が多くいるので、その中から一人を召し仕えさせたいという
忠昌公の御意向により、右の段を上聞に達したところ、五男主税を差し上げるよう
にとの上意があり、則ち台徳院様・大猷院様への御目見えを
仰せ付けられ、島田弾正同道にて父子ともに江戸御屋敷へ参った
ところ、早速御目見えを仰せ付けられ御盃を下され、その節名を民部と改めた
先祖の儀について、高祖父本多作左衛門重次は、御当家御正統の
信光様より重次の父作左衛門が御奉公申し上げ、重次は七歳の
時に召し出され、以後権現様の御初陣である三州寺部の城の御攻めの時に
分相応に働き、その後所々で働きがあり、天正二年甲戌年、秀康公御出生前、
築山御前様の御嫉妬にて長勝院様の御事が御城内にお座しになることが難しくなり、作左衛門方へお入りになることを御頼みにより、則ち知行所産目

During Lord Yoshishina's era, Hōei 6th year, Year of the Earth Ox, Masatsune was ordered to retire, and his eldest son Katsuemon
Masamura was granted the family headship, while his second son Kurōzaemon was granted an allocation. Masatsune
shaved his head and took the name Bokūō, but in Shōtoku 2nd year, Year of the Water Dragon, Katsuemon died, and the following Shōtoku 3rd year, Year of the Water Snake,
Kurōzaemon also passed away. Since the eldest grandson Kinzō was still young, by gracious intention

Since Honda Hida-no-kami Narushige had many sons, Lord Tadamasa expressed his intention
to have one of them serve, and when this matter was reported to higher authority, there was an imperial command to present
the fifth son Chikara. Subsequently, audience with Lords Taitoku-in and Taiyū-in was
commanded, and accompanied by Shimada Danjō, both father and son went to the Edo mansion,
where they were promptly granted audience and received sake cups, and at that time his name was changed to Minbu
Regarding his ancestors, his great-great-grandfather Honda Sakuzaemon Shigetsugu served under Lord Nobumitsu
of our lord's legitimate lineage, as Shigetsugu's father Sakuzaemon had served faithfully. Shigetsugu was
summoned at age seven, and thereafter during Gongen-sama's first campaign at the siege of Terabe Castle in Sanshū,
he fought according to his station, and subsequently had various military exploits. In Tenshō 2nd year, Year of the Wood Dog, before Lord Hideyasu's birth,
due to Lady Tsukiyama's jealousy, it became difficult for Lord Chōshō-in to remain within the castle, so at the request to take refuge with Sakuzaemon, he was granted the fief of Sanme
