● 山本内蔵頭成本（本国不明、生国三河、姓は源、初名は対馬守、道号は道吸）
古くは加茂次郎より相続し、近代では山本勘介入道道鬼の系統であると
申し伝えられているが、系図は焼失したため詳細は不明である。結城において召し出され、大
坂の陣に御供し、手頭を務めたとのことで、その折にどのような功績があったのか、
権現様（徳川家康）より藤島の小脇指を拝領したとのことで、現在も伝えている。
嫡子山本宮内少輔は別知を下され勤めていたが、早世した。
忠昌公の御代寛永五年戊辰年

During Lord Hideyasu's reign, summoned to service at Yūki (year unknown)
● Yamamoto Kuranokami Narimoto (original province unknown, birth province Mikawa, surname Minamoto, original name Tsushimanokami, Buddhist name Dōkyū)
It is said that the lineage continued from ancient times from Kamo Jirō, and in recent times from Yamamoto Kansuke Nyūdō Dōki,
but since the genealogy was lost in a fire, the details are unclear. He was summoned at Yūki, accompanied [his lord] to the
Osaka campaigns and served as a unit commander. What kind of distinguished service he performed on that occasion
is unclear, but it is said he received a Fujishima short sword from Gongen-sama (Tokugawa Ieyasu), which is still preserved to this day.
His eldest son Yamamoto Kunainosuke was granted a separate stipend and served, but died young.
