幼少之時被召出相勤候処祖母知照院儀永見帯刀妻女而
慶寿院様ノ御妹ニ候故兼而御扶持方被下罷有候処元禄
十五壬午年知照院相果候砌右御扶持方ヲ知行米ニ直シ
知照院跡目並次孝エ前廉ヨリ被下候知行一所ニ被合下

菅沼市左衛門家次（生国越前）
父与市郎の跡知のうち、配知四百石を弟の山本忠右衛門に下し置かれた
ところ、早世したため跡が断絶した。兄弟ともに数多く早世したため、称号を
改めるようにと光通公が仰せ出され、母方の称号菅沼となった。
家次の母は遠州膳所の城主菅沼織部の娘である。

幼少の時に召し出されて相勤めていたところ、祖母知照院は永見帯刀の妻女で
慶寿院様の御妹であったため、以前から御扶持方を下されていたが、元禄
十五年壬午年に知照院が亡くなった折、右の御扶持方を知行米に直し、
知照院の跡目並びに次孝へ前廉より下されていた知行を一所に合わせ下された

Suganuma Ichizaemon Ietsugu (birth province Echizen)
From his father Yoichirō's inherited stipend, an allocation of 400 koku was granted to his younger brother Yamamoto Chūzaemon,
but he died young and the line was discontinued. Since many of the brothers died young, Lord Mitsumichi
ordered that the family name be changed, and it became Suganuma after the maternal lineage.
Ietsugu's mother was the daughter of Suganuma Oribe, lord of Zeze Castle in Enshū.

Current Suganuma Yozō Tsugutaka (birth province Echizen)
He was summoned to service when young. His grandmother Chishōin was the wife of Nagami Taitō and
the younger sister of Keijuin-sama, so she had previously been granted a support stipend. In Genroku
15, year of Mizunoe-Uma, when Chishōin passed away, the said support stipend was converted to stipend rice,
and combined with the stipend that had been granted to Chishōin's heir and to Tsugutaka from before.
