ス慶長二丁酉年ニ到而宇都宮一族没落之節上三川安芸
守成業浪牢トナル其子左衛門実基慶長之初於結城被召
出同六年越前エ御供仕同十二年 忠昌公上総国姉ヶ崎
御拝領被成御移之節岡部豊後永見志摩毛受将監等ヲ始
十余輩御供被 仰付罷越相勤大坂御陣御供仕元和元《割書：乙｜卯》
年大坂落城之時 忠昌公御魁被成本丸一番乗之節御旗
奉行役相勤御旗ヲ入候且又其節自分指物駆出ノ馬ノ図
ニテ候処相馬家ヨリ不審有之尋被申ニ付其御家ノ繋馬
ニテハ無之自分ノハ駆出シ馬ニテ候由申遣シ其段

岡部半兵衛元成（生国は越前）
父五郎兵衛の跡知を兄五郎兵衛に下し置かれたが、貞享三年丙寅年
（1686年）御新規の節に御暇を下され、嫡家は断絶した。
吉邦公の御代 寛永七年庚寅年（1690年）跡知を下される
現当主 岡部五郎兵衛元直（生国は越前）

秀康公の御代 結城において召し出される
● 上三川左衛門実基（本国・生国ともに下野、姓は藤原 本名は宇都宮、別に系図有り）
先祖は大職冠鎌足十九代の後胤、宇都宮弥三郎頼綱の次男、上三
川越中守頼業。以後代々下野国上三川に住む。これにより称号とする。
慶長二年丁酉年（1597年）に至り、宇都宮一族没落の節、上三川安芸
守成業は浪人となった。その子左衛門実基は慶長の初めに結城において召し
出され、同六年越前へお供し、同十二年忠昌公が上総国姉ヶ崎を
御拝領なされ御移住の節、岡部豊後・永見志摩・毛受将監等をはじめ
十余輩のお供を仰せ付けられ赴き相勤め、大坂の陣にお供し、元和元年乙卯
年（1615年）大坂落城の時、忠昌公が御先陣をなされ本丸一番乗りの節、御旗
奉行役を相勤め御旗を入れた。またその節、自分の指物は駆け出しの馬の図柄
であったが、相馬家より不審があり尋ねられたため、その御家の繋ぎ馬
ではなく、自分のは駆け出し馬であると申し遣わし、その段

During Lord Hideyasu's reign, summoned at Yūki
● Kamitsukawa Saemon Saneki (home province and birth province both Shimotsuke, surname Fujiwara, original name Utsunomiya, has separate genealogy)
His ancestor was a descendant in the 19th generation of Taishokan Kamatari, the second son of Utsunomiya Yasaburō Yoritsuna, named Kamitsu-
kawa Etchū-no-kami Yorinari. Thereafter generations lived in Kamitsukawa in Shimotsuke Province. Hence this became their title.
In Keichō 2nd year, year of the Fire Rooster (1597), when the Utsunomiya clan fell into ruin, Kamitsukawa Aki-
no-kami Narinari became a masterless samurai. His son Saemon Saneki was summoned
at Yūki in the early Keichō period, accompanied [the lord] to Echizen in the 6th year, and in the 12th year when Lord Tadamasa received
Anegasaki in Kazusa Province and relocated there, along with Okabe Bungo, Nagami Shima, Menju Shōgen and others,
over ten retainers were ordered to accompany him and served there. He accompanied [the lord] to the Osaka campaigns, and in Genna 1st year, year of the Wood Rabbit
(1615) when Osaka Castle fell, when Lord Tadamasa led the vanguard and was first to enter the main keep, he served as
banner magistrate and planted the banner. Also at that time, his personal banner bore the design of a galloping horse,
but the Sōma family found this suspicious and inquired about it, so he sent word that it was not their family's tethered horse
but his own galloping horse, and that matter...
