延寿院故道三門弟之内一人可被召出之旨於京都
秀康公御意有之弟子共之内吟味ヲ以指上申候処直ニ御
道中御供被召連於結城御知行被下以後越前エ御供仕候
忠昌公御代寛永二十
癸未年跡知被下

道中にお供として召し連れられ、結城においてご知行を下され、その後越前にもお供した
忠昌公の御代 寛永二十年
癸未年（1643年）跡知を下される

During Lord Hideyasu's reign, summoned in Kyoto
However, there is a vermillion seal document from Keichō 6th year, year of the Metal Ox (1601)
● Tsuda Hōkyō Dōi (home province and birth province both Ōmi)
In Kyoto, Lord Hideyasu expressed his intention to summon one person from among
the disciples of the late Dōsan of Enjuin temple. When disciples were examined and one was recommended,
he was immediately taken along as an attendant on the journey, granted a domain in Yūki, and thereafter accompanied [the lord] to Echizen
During Lord Tadamasa's reign, Kan'ei 20th year
Year of the Water Sheep (1643), granted inherited domain
Tsuda Dōi (birth province Shimōsa, original name Dōan)
