木曽贄川宿久蔵の代理人である親類の忠七郎の申し口を承った内容は以下の通りです。去る嘉永二年酉年九月に、平出村の伝治郎に金二百両を久蔵から取り替え（手形を交換して）貸し渡し、同村の瀬八が請人（保証人）として調印いたしました。右の担保として酒造株と諸道具、土蔵、その他の財産も書き入れ（担保として記載し）、もちろん伝治郎の兄八右衛門と横川村の所右衛門に内縁関係があることから、この両人から伝治郎に貸し渡したものです。大蔵方（金庫）に所右衛門、八右衛門両人から取り次ぎの証文を添えて、本証文と共に受け取りました。毎年一割の利息で勘定し、利足を受け取ることができるという証文面がございます。しかしながら、

Memorandum of Oral Statement
The following is the content of the oral statement received from Chuushichiro, a relative acting as proxy for Kyuzo of Niekawa-juku in Kiso. In the ninth month of the second year of Kaei, year of the rooster (1849), two hundred ryo in gold was lent to Denjiro of Hiraide village by Kyuzo through an exchange of promissory notes, with Sehachi of the same village serving as guarantor with his seal. As collateral for this loan, a sake brewing license along with various tools, an earthen storehouse, and other properties were recorded as security. Furthermore, since there was a marriage connection between Denjiro's elder brother Hachiemon and Shozaemon of Yokogawa village, the loan was made to Denjiro through these two men. Documents from both Shozaemon and Hachiemon serving as intermediaries were attached and received together with the main promissory note at the treasury.
