も冷えるのを感じ、手足の指は肌が淡青色となり、しわんで手を長時間水中に入れていた人のようになる。脈拍も診察で確認することができず、ただこの病人のその微弱になった呼吸、手足のけいれん、かつまだ知覚があることの他には、ほとんど死体と区別することが困難な状態に至るものである。
〇この病者は一、二日、または短時間のうちにも死に至ることがあるので、薬物治療は一瞬の間も疎かに過ごすことはできない。以下の項目の中から考えて施すべきである。
