常夜灯大破に及候に付 此度
建直仕度旨別紙之通村役人共ゟ
願出候随て願之通相違無之哉
内間不都合等有之候ては難出来
且地盤建居中此度之義も
地盤懸にて間数場所等相替り
申義にては無之哉重々取調候上
委曲書付を以申出候様被仰付
奉畏早速罷越役人共立合之上
見及候上役人共手元重々
相行着候所別紙書付に申出
候通相違無御座地盤建
居中場所間数狂無御座
候間奉願上通建直被仰付

鮎喰川見通し和田村堤の馬越にある
常夜灯が大破に及んだため、この度
建て直しをしたいとの趣旨で、別紙の通り村役人共より
願い出があった。ついては、願いの通りに相違がないか、
内容に不都合等があっては実現が困難であり、
また地盤・建物についても、この度の件も
地盤に関わることで、間数・場所等が変わる
ことではないか、重々調査した上で
詳細な書付をもって申し出るよう仰せ付けられ、
畏れながら早速現地に赴き、役人共立ち合いの上
見届けた結果、役人共の手元で重々
調査が行き届いたところ、別紙書付に申し出た
通りに相違なく、地盤・建物
についても場所・間数に狂いはございません
ので、願い出の通り建て直しをお仰せ付け

Regarding the perpetual lantern at the horse crossing on the embankment of Wada Village overlooking the Akui River, which has fallen into severe disrepair, the village officials have submitted a request as detailed in the attached document, expressing their desire to rebuild it. In response, we were instructed to thoroughly investigate whether the request is accurate, whether there are any inconveniences in the content that would make implementation difficult, and whether the foundation and building structure, particularly regarding this matter concerning the foundation, involve any changes in measurements or location, and to submit a detailed written report after thorough investigation. Respectfully, we immediately proceeded to the site and, in the presence of the village officials, conducted an inspection. As a result of the thorough investigation conducted by the officials, we found that everything matches exactly what was stated in the attached document, and there are no discrepancies in the foundation, building structure, location, or measurements. Therefore, we request that the reconstruction be authorized as petitioned.
