あの細谷川（ほそたにがわ）に見るかげなく若木（わかき）のくさに交（まじ）わ
りしかうぞといゝしと斗
跡（あと）をいわずしばらく両手を組￣ンで工夫（くふう）
のみへあるべし

遠近（おちこち）の立木（たつき）もしらぬ山中（やまなか）をおぼつかなく
もたゞひとりひめごぜの身でだいたんなと
おしかりもかへりみずおこへをきいてとび
たつ計《割書：アイ｜ 》まいりましたでござりまするわい

あせ手のごいをよりながら尻目遣（しりめづかひ）
の体（てい）なるべし
現代語訳
あの細谷川に見る影もなく、若木の草に交わりし、かうぞと言いしばかり
跡を言わず、しばらく両手を組んで工夫
のみであるべし
《割書：おお、あれよ》かねて心を合わせたる二木の精《割書：もお》競うなものじゃ《割書：なあ》
桑の精出る
遠近の立木も知らぬ山中を覚束なくも、ただ一人姫御前の身で大胆なとお叱りも顧みず、お声を聞いて飛び立つばかり《割書：あい》参りましたでございますよ
《割書：なあ》と言って
汗て（慌てて）の強情を寄りながら、尻目遣い

That Hosotani River shows no reflection, only mixing with the grass of young trees, saying "Thus it is" and nothing more
Without speaking further, for a while folding both hands in contemplation
