舞台（ぶたい）に居（すわ）り○仕組（しくみ）中ばへ罷出 憚（はばかり）も顧（かへり）みず

かましさいくへにもおわびを申てざんねんの
趣意（しゆい）を述（のべ）まつた行年（ぎやうねん）七十余歳は草木（そうもく）の
身の上にてわづかわたくし花を顕（あらは）し霜がれに
いたる迄に日数合弐百日余の命にて仲間の
内にて壱年切のたのみなき身の上かゝる

残らぬ内によそへ散らしてやり梅のここが肝心要ぎわ○銀杏○おのおの動かぬ木性なら楮が骨離ればらばら扇となさん事我が土用芽の内にありと謹んで申し上げます
○岩石の花道より羽織袴長脇差を帯し楮の精出る この時 樫の木の精影を打つべし舞台に座り○仕組み中ばへ罷り出で 憚りも顧みず
我儘な振る舞い諸草木根方にもお免し蒙り身の粗ましを申し上げたくかくすい参のおこがましさいくへにもお詫びを申して残念の趣意を述べまった行年七十余歳は草木の身の上にてわずか私し花を現し霜枯れに至る迄に日数合わせて二百日余の命にて仲間の内にて一年切りの頼みなき身の上かかる
