Other matters not included here will be presented in a later volume. As for this booklet, I have written it here with deep conviction that those who wish to inform people in other provinces about this great disaster by correspondence will find everything made clear through this small volume, and moreover, that leaving it for posterity may serve as a lesson and guide.
